Shipping policy

Our products usually ship within 2-5 business days of your order being placed and payment accepted. Should there be a delay, we will attempt to notify you with the information provided in your order. We ship via USPS and delivery times may vary, depending on USPS and location of delivery. Shipping cost is dependent on total weight of your order, and delivery location.

International shipping charges and delivery times may vary. The customer is responsible for payment of tax and duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with customs in regards to delayed delivery.

There are several reasons why a package may become lost, or a delivery exception may occur. In these instances, we ask that you contact USPS to further investigate the exception. Connie Mannering Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
